But, hey, that's poi-fectly cool. Just come to Heaven and we'll tok. Now what you've been waiting for --- Hey, you, miss gorgeous girl... Ever wonder if sex is allowed in Heaven? Believe-you-me, toots, it is, if ya wanna. Love make'n for the length and breadth of eternity, soft, slow, and smoooth, interspersed with deliciousNnutritious anything, the big O for days, screeem'n, sighing, sobbing... is definitely allowed. God didn't create Heaven without joy No, you don't gotta with me, you don't gotta with anyone, only an option. Just imagine: twenty-one? a hundred? ten thousand? handsome, tall, gentle, muscular guys + you alone + ten years + nude swimming, nude floating, bedtime stories at dusk + whatever your precocious heart comes-up with ... Owch. But, yet, ya must git-up thar first; must be humble enough to see the need for repentance in this finite existence (I go every month). Why not? Why wouldn't Almighty God allow that super-freek'n-dooper, glorious high for a week or seventy-seven-weeks?? See? Heaven ain't as boring or tasteless as you might think, doll; God loves you and God wants to provide the best for you. I want Heaven to be with you. To serve you, honor you, love you, cherish you for all eternity. For those few who actually achieve the Great Beyond, girly? God looks at them and goes, 'That's the Way UH-HUH UH-HUH I like it'. Anything and everything and MORE is yours in Heaven!!! You cannot stay here: all of U.S. must croak someday. So, decide if this lifelong demise is worth it. God Bless You --- Meet me Upstairs, girly. I know the truth. I went through the pain. This is the crappiest thing I could have read right now. You seem like you just have a vendetta against this woman and you are wasting your own precious time and energy on rooting out her "errors" and looking for "proof" against her. Thing is, I have no proof except for Drs bills to show for my miscarriage, which could be for anything. How the hell is it any of your business to sleuth out this woman whether or not she miscarried or not? You seem like a total bitch who meddles in others affairs to the detriment of her own. Let me explain.

First, it covers the company. Say she came back to work, fainted and hurt herself. Then it's worker's compensation and maybe she shouldn't have been back anyway.

Second, it's normally required to document for your file that you were out.

Third, will confirm for your payroll recordkeeping.

Fourth, the employee might not be ready to return to work or might require light duty - also reference point #1.

So find out what she submitted to the company or if she even justified her absence. We don't let someone walk back in the door here w/o that slip in their hand.

And most importantly, it helps cut down on the lying.

Worst case scenario - just bust her for falsifying her expense reports. And i...Fabulous, this was a very interesting post. And it's right up my alley, as I work in Human Resources and Risk Management.

I'd hate to bore your readers with a dissertation, and I'd need to know more about what state or country you live in, to provide more sound advice - based on any potential legal ramifications. But your situation is very common.

There is more and more emphasis on equality in the workplace, which explains your co-worker demanding equal pay for equal work. But in the same breath, you are 100% correct about a company being able to pay different wage structures for different work responsibilities. But if it's apples to apples, his beef if correct. If it isn't, the company shouldn't be caving to just give him money. And your raise should always be based on your performance, so long as it's in the wage broadband, if you will.

It's never easy seeing a co-worker not perform, but not get in trouble either. You should keep in mind that it isn't against the law to be treated like sh*t. LOL.

Oh, and regarding the vacation. Many companies are diverting from their vacation policies and offering more time off when they can't do it through their pocketbook. Even though it's time off and you're paid for it, many companies consider vacation/sick time a non-expense (wash). So if you have more time and that's what you negotiated, enjoy it and who cares what your co-worker thinks. The Constant Complainerhttp://www.theconstantcomplainer.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9061677826490981676.post-4557478259144345852009-07-22T17:00:43.665-04:002009-07-22T17:00:43.665-04:00I really despise people like NSF. I've worked...I really despise people like NSF. I've worked jobs where I am irreplaceable but didn't get the recognition I deserve. However, I've also had a job where they DID recognize my contribution, and I was promoted before people that had been with the company for years, and I had only been there 3 months! I just ignored those who complained and tried to make my life a living hell. However, they ended up being the reason why I lost that job. So... what I'm saying is your best bet is to have a private discussion with Boss and if NSF comes up to you whining about things being unfair, tell them you do not want to hear about it. If NSF persists, you may need to complain about it to Boss as it can constitute as harassment.MorgansDeadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00978514910761982964noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9061677826490981676.post-77970797262438530402009-07-22T16:26:36.057-04:002009-07-22T16:26:36.057-04:00Yeah I hear you... my last job was miserable, henc...Yeah I hear you... my last job was miserable, hence why I left but at the same time... look at me now. My job is in a profession that is sought after however where I am located geographically hinders me because I don't speak the local language. When I found this job after MONTHS of looking, going for interviews etc I was soooo happy! I landed my dream job and I only had to speak ENGLISH! Basically, I had to find a job that was for an American based company.

I often think like you, if I were to quit my job, would I be able to find another one? How long would it take? The economy is so crap right now that I should just be happy to have a job but I'm not happy at a job where I'm not treated how I think I should be. (Im not saying my boss doesn't respect me or anything like that, but I found it to be insulting to pay me equal as someone else just because they complained...we do different jobs for crying out loud!!!)

I'm really stuck at a cross roads right now.Fabuloushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00570677554235356225noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9061677826490981676.post-31023821303908362242009-07-22T15:58:04.889-04:002009-07-22T15:58:04.889-04:00Okay NSF is pissing me off, lol. And I don't ...Okay NSF is pissing me off, lol. And I don't even work with him, you do!

First of all, next time you need to talk to your boss about days of or basically anything that doesn't involve NSF, I would try to make sure you go somewhere that NSF couldn't hear. That way he can't hold anything over your head again, you know? Like, ask to speak in an office where he's not around, close the door, find a soundproof booth, something! :)

I'm like you, whenever I talk to a boss I tend to get emotional and it shows, so I'd rather send an email. Perhaps you can send an email and if nothing happens, you could follow up with an office visit? I definitely think you shouldn't compare yourself to NSF because you are incomparable.

That being said, I've never been in a job where I've been considered irreplaceable so I kind of don't know what you should do... seeing as how I'm desperately looking for a job, my instinct is to tell you not to leave a good one that you already have. But we're obviously in different professions. Are you in a career where finding another job is easy? Would another job value you as much as this one does?

I do agree that you deserve a raise based on what you've done and I think you should say that. But, like I've said, I've never been in that sort of position and with the way the economy is these days, maybe they just can't right now?

Sorry I've rambled. Hope I made a bit of sense and maybe even helped. :o) Good luck!Arihttp://curiousillusion.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9061677826490981676.post-34589397887277631912009-06-17T11:18:40.349-04:002009-06-17T11:18:40.349-04:00Wow...
